The place is superbly located, just a 5‑minute walk from Spezia train station. It’s very tidy, with daily cleaning and a freshly made bed each day, and sits right on a shopping street.

Excellent hotel! The room was spacious and perfect for two people. It had a private bathroom, a refrigerator, air conditioning, and cups for making tea. The location was excellent, close to the train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. It was very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very helpful and made everything easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

No hot water, Ac is also takes it time to run. Should have fixed the hot water soon and not make the guest wait for 1.5 days from their 3 days stay
