Breakfast was nice, the room is quite cosy but fine for a night, the location is amazing right by the Trevi fountain. Late check in worked but was a bit confusing with multiple key codes

Roberto was so attentive to my stay and his recommendations of places to see and eat were perfect for my first time in Rome and as a solo traveller! Also the croissant at breakfast was amazing.

The hotel sits in a bustling part of town, and even though we paid for breakfast, the room remained locked until after 8 am, while we were already out exploring by 6:30 each day. We didn’t get breakfast.
