The meals were reportedly tasty and the water a bit lukewarm. The person who booked had to cancel the day before because of a fever, paying 100 % of the cancellation fee. While the room cost was unavoidable, it would have been nice if the meal charges were reduced.

Rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable with attentive housekeeping. The onsen and breakfast spread were excellent. No issues.

ロケーション、接客、部屋どれも、最高に良かった。 ご飯がバイキングなので、食べ過ぎて、お腹が苦しかった。朝、周りの散歩に出たら手入れが行き届いていてすごく気持ちが良かった。夜に火山の話があってとても面白かったです。

If the weather had been good, I think I could have seen Mount Aso clearly. No particular complaints.

Unfortunately I wasn’t feeling well so I missed the spa and sauna; the food was decent but nothing spectacular. The Aso milk and ice cream were good. More public facilities would have been nice. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. I’ll consider staying again next time.
