The location, facilities, and cleanliness were excellent, but the front‑desk staff did not speak Arabic.

The location was perfect, the reception was excellent, but there was no bottled water and the pillows were uncomfortable.

All the staff are amazing; the bearded receptionist and a young front‑desk colleague were extremely helpful and made my trip easier by arranging many tours and always supporting me. Bengsu, the lady who manages breakfast, was very helpful and always offered me coffee or tea whenever I sat there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Ayder. Nothing to complain about—it's fabulous.
