The location is very central, with Kurpark and the shopping mall within walking distance, and the parking is right in front of the hotel. However, the elevator that has apparently been broken for months is a nightmare for an older clientele. The cleanliness of the beds and the shower was a bit gross, and rooms are only tidied every three days. After breakfast, the dishes stay on the table for a long time and are not cleared away, and the buffet isn’t restocked.

There is no elevator because it’s broken, and it’s expected to remain that way until the end of the year.

The location and the parking in front of the building are positives, but the staff were unfriendly, the elevator was broken, the rolls of bread were not refilled thirty minutes after breakfast started, every coffee specialty costs an extra fee, the room feels completely outdated, and it looked like the walls had been wet.

Breakfast was good, but the proximity to the railway line is a drawback.

The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. The location is superb. The only downside was that the shower head was old and calcified, so it could have been replaced.
