It was quiet and the staff were extremely polite, especially for a Spanish guest. Nothing around distracted from enjoying nature. The room was still being finished when we checked in, so we left our luggage and went to the restaurant; no further complaints.

The views were impressive. The breakfasts, however, felt industrial.

The location was excellent. The spa, though, had a few items that felt a little outdated.

Everything was perfect, nice and modern! The service was exceptional. All the receptionists and staff were very kind, especially Geraldine who took care of us—10 points! It’s great to have such a helpful team. We’ll definitely come back. Note that spa facilities are extra and last one hour. The pool isn’t included in the room price 😊

Super petit déjeuner. Espace spa très bien avant l'arrivée de personnes qui parlent fort et d'enfants qui hurlent. Bruits du spa et accueil en espagnol. Aucun effort pour parler français ou anglais. Dommage
