The hotel damaged my car exhaust, risking mine and my family life when we have travel 300km next day. They don't even care about human life, and not even a apology was offered, instead defense was faced

All services and staff are very nice. Under the room the fan was missing only AC was there which leads if you don't require AC then you don't have any option

Rooms were well appointed, clean, with hot water, kettle, fridge & tea/ coffee. Renovation work carried on till late in night with hammering until I called the front desk at 2320 hrs. It was very disturbing since I was to drive out at 6 am
