We really liked our stay here. It felt like an authentic Japanese experience. The host always tried to make sure we had a pleasant visit. Even though we arrived very late in the evening, the host waited for us and we found a pre‑heated room. We also enjoyed the great sauna, and on the last morning the host invited us to his lovely seaside restaurant. A great experience in a quiet spot at a fair price.

During our month‑long trip to Japan, this place was one of those unforgettable moments. We stayed during winter, and as soon as we arrived the owner invited us to a local onsen. Afterwards he took us to his restaurant where we had drinks while looking out over the sea. We’d already booked dinner, and it was a real highlight of the trip. Locally sourced cod caught by the owner himself, plus tempura, sashimi, and more. If you want something genuine and authentic, this won’t disappoint.
