“Ótima”
The stay at the lodge was mostly positive! The spot is great, right next to the square and a bunch of restaurants, which makes exploring a breeze. Breakfast was well supplied, and the lodge kept everything tidy and organized. I especially want to shout out Maria, the staff member who makes delicious omelets and tapiocas with such warmth. Kudos, Maria, for your attentive service and extra care! You really stand out! ❤️ On the first day we were in an apartment with a cramped bathroom, but the next day the team swapped it out even though we hadn’t mentioned the issue. I found that transparency, attentiveness, and initiative to acknowledge the problem, apologize, and fix it very positive. When we return to this paradise, we’ll definitely book again at the lodge. We’ll gladly recommend it to anyone who asks! Thanks to the team for their attention and hospitality! ❤️ The only downside was that our stay ended so quickly, lol
