The hotel is in Central Glasgow and has on‑site parking. Breakfast was great, and we appreciated that the pool and sauna were available from 6am until 10pm. Every staff member was very pleasant and helpful. Nothing else to note.

When I had zero Wi‑Fi for several days, the staff immediately moved me to another room where the connection worked right away; they were polite and shifted me from floor 8 to floor 11 for the last two days of my stay. The only issue was the three‑day period with no Wi‑Fi.

The food was excellent for both the evening meal and breakfast, and the staff were incredible, though there should be more disabled parking bays near the front of the hotel.
