Great location, good breakfast, nice pool and gym.

They treated us very well, and there was nothing negative.

“I would strongly recommend this hotel, walking distance to major attractions and a terrific staff”

The front desk staff were superb, the location was excellent, the breakfast was good, and the room was spacious; everything was terrific, though a few more breakfast options would be nice.

The bed was comfortable and the sleep was good; the room was soundproof so no outside noise, it was very clean, and the bathroom was very spacious. The staff were helpful, but the shower water pressure was low and the water wasn’t hot enough. We were charged $80 for early check‑in.

“Situaciones incómodas.”

The location was good, but on the day of my departure at 9.30 am someone knocked on the door to ask what time I would leave the room, and another uncomfortable incident happened when I arrived around 23.30 hrs and was standing outside with a fence; I told the front‑desk person who was hosting me there, and she questioned whether I was really staying there. Those two uncomfortable situations make me think I will never stay at that hotel again; it’s not the first time I’ve stayed there, and I regret this discomfort.
