I was really impressed with the hotel staff's kindness and helpfulness. They even went out of their way to cancel a dinner reservation for me when I had to change my plans. The hotel's cosmetic sets for female guests were also a nice touch. However, the hotel's location was a bit far from the train station, and I had to get used to making my own coffee in the room, as there were no drip coffee supplies provided.
Unfortunately, the mini-fridge in my room was a bit too small for my needs, as I needed more storage space for my food and drinks.
