“Good option for a 1-night stay in downtown Jackson, WY”

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was on the first floor in the next building over and had a two‑queen bedroom. I liked that it had two sinks. The room was clean. The clock in the room didn’t work and I couldn’t set it to the current time. It would have been nice to have USB outlets; the regular outlets were few. We went to the breakfast area and I was very disappointed. There was hardly any hot food left and what was there seemed undercooked. Another guest asked the kitchen employee if he was going to bring more food out because either they were out of it or only a few left. He only brought out bacon that looked undercooked. I’m sure they were heating and serving it, but it looked soggy and I didn’t want to risk eating anything “hot” for fear of later issues. We asked for more cranberry juice because there was not much left and it was very watered down because it was in a container of ice. He seemed perturbed when we asked. I also asked for milk for cereal because there was only “fancy” milk (almond), and he looked at me and was confused. I was like, regular milk. I believe the breakfast should have been stocked better throughout the time it was open to make sure all guests have an option.

We love staying here! It’s always clean and the rooms smell so good. Just one thing… they need bacon on the breakfast buffet. Not everyone likes ham and sausage.

“Bien”

The location was spot on and breakfast was included in the price, plus the room was large. The bathroom, however, felt a bit cramped.
