The hotel is gorgeous, spotless, and the location is superb, with shuttle service to the pool at set times throughout the day. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the buffet is varied, though the halal options are limited. They seem to love children a lot, thanks. The only downside is that check‑in is very late, at 3 pm, and we were even later because our room wasn’t ready; they did offer a lounge room to relax in. The rooms are quite far from the lobby, and with a stroller it was a bit of a struggle, but the staff were still nice and cooperative. Power briefly cut out during a rainstorm for a few minutes, but it was restored quickly.
