This is my second visit to Japan and I chose the same hotel again. It’s very close to Kyoto Station and the rooms are few in number. The room was comfortable and quiet, the bathroom and shower were excellent, and the reception offers a microwave and complimentary coffee. Nothing to complain about, though the rooms might feel a bit small, which is normal in Japan. We had two medium suitcases and managed fine.

Getting to the hotel was a breeze from both the bus at KIX airport and Kyoto Station. The rooms were lovely with comfortable beds, great toilets, and a washing machine that was a real help. The staff were very nice when we spoke to them, but everything was so easy that we didn’t need much assistance.

Our room was fairly spacious, featuring a kitchenette and an integrated washing machine. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with two pillow options. The bathroom and toilet were also superb. Additionally, it sits directly behind the Kyoto train station, which proved very convenient. There were only a few options for hanging laundry – just a very small drying rack and 3‑4 wooden hangers.

I was very happy. Breakfast was the best part of my Japan stay. I slept amazingly well. The room had a washing machine and dryer. The shower had various jet options and the toilet was a singing, dancing one. It was peaceful, though right next to Kyoto Station. The only downside was no window, but we weren’t in the room during the day anyway. I loved it. The reception had a tea, coffee, and hot chocolate machine, and leaving luggage there was hassle‑free.
