The place was spotless and comfortable, especially Abdou who was so helpful, kind, and friendly—thank you so much, we’ll return. I liked everything; I felt like I was at home.

I discovered this hotel when I was in crisis after being deceived by another owner in Luxor and having to resolve things through the support system. One option was to stay here, and it turned out to be amazing—exactly what I wanted! It sits right next to the river on Rambla, so you can see beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The apartment is very nice, on the top floor with other units. Everything is clean. Abdul and his brother Mohammed are very respectful and attentive. When I told them about my issue with the other hotel, they quickly arranged everything for me. Mohammed runs a restaurant downstairs where you can get a great breakfast and delicious food during the day. Also, when I wasn’t feeling well, Abdul helped by going to a nearby pharmacy. I really appreciate this kind of support in another country. Overall, the apartment has everything you need; it looks just like the pictures. The attention is great, the owners will find whatever you need. They have all the contacts for transfers, boats, and excursions. And you’ll be in a great location. I’ll definitely choose their hotel when I’m back in Luxor.

The room was clean and the location was perfect. I prefer staying on the west bank in Luxor, and with this spot you can just walk to the public ferry if you want to go to Karnak Temple and other east bank sites for 10–20 Egyptian, and everything is easy to travel to on the west bank as well. The staff is also very helpful. Abdo even offered to drive my luggage to the next hotel I’m staying at (and me as well, but I wanted to do my morning walk). If you’re staying in Luxor, I recommend staying on the west bank for all days. People are very friendly and won’t follow you around or try to sell you something, like they do on the east bank. The balcony on the room was also very nice. I spent every morning there just watching the Nile and the town wake up.
