The rooms are very modern, and the spa area—available to guests for an extra €10 all day—is honestly a real highlight.

Everything was wrong this time: insects in the room, a stinking shower drain, the room was too hot with the heating on and no cooling possible, and the staff were unhelpful, just staring at their computer screens without taking any action.

The wellness facilities inside and outside were extraordinary.

The room was top quality, and using the kids’ play area (Sensapolis) outside opening hours was great—after the long drive our daughter could run around and play there. No negatives.
