The rooms were small but perfectly adequate, and we slept wonderfully in the beds—though that’s a matter of taste. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the little courtyard felt very inviting. The location was fairly central, so everything was a comfortable walk away. All in all, I highly recommend it. The breakfast room, however, was very utilitarian and not particularly cozy—more like a cafeteria than a hotel. Plus a news channel kept playing on the TV throughout, which was annoying for a family outing; I was interested in politics, but I didn’t want to hear how many people had just died somewhere while we were supposed to be enjoying breakfast.

The hotel’s style and the rooms, free water and wellness water, coffee station, multilingual staff, and breakfast were all great.

J ai apprécié l'accueil, souriant, efficace, le petit déjeuner , tres complet avec des produits locaux, et la localisation , proche de la gare et du centre. Chambre propre mais pression de la douche insuffisante, chambre donnant sur un parking bruyant, insonorisation extérieure à retravailler et sur le lit une alaise dans 1 matière très déplaisante

The vibe was nice, the staff attentive, the location decent, and a short walk into town. Nancy was a pleasant place to stay. The breakfast was a bit limited.

The location is good. The only downside was the noise from other rooms’ plumbing (toilets and showers).
