The hotel’s location, cleanliness, and quietness were fantastic. Before arriving, I received all the directions via email and message with no surprises. Outside the stay, the locked luggage lockers, lounge area, and the free coffee and water were flawless.

The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel sits in a very central part of Florence, right near the train station and major tourist attractions, which was a huge plus. Though the building is old, the rooms and facilities feel very modern. The bathroom, however, was much smaller than expected and offered little room for toiletries. We received complimentary tea and coffee, but they were not replenished during our stay. A stain on the duvet, which we first mistook for embroidery, was not noticed by the staff when they made the bed.

The place was clean and central, but there were no windows.

“Konumu için tekrar gelinebilir”

The location was good, but the bed was not comfortable and the bathroom was impractical.
