It was very close to Bangkok Road and the nightlife, but there was constant smoking in the hallway 24/7; I reported it for four consecutive days and started feeling sick on the third day, so I had to leave. They wouldn’t refund me even though I had six days left on my stay, costing me about $450 AUD, but I’m glad I moved to a hotel where I could breathe. There was no beachfront as advertised; the beach was a good 400 m each way.
