The accommodation had a great atmosphere, was neat and clean. The breakfast was also excellent. We would have liked a kettle.

Breakfast was nice, with a good selection of different foods. There was no restaurant on site for evening meals, and the local options were limited unless you drive. The room lacked a kettle for hot drinks.

Everything was fine—nothing to complain about. The suite was luxurious, clean, and silent. Breakfast tasted good. The staff were friendly and polite. The spa and pool area were clean and well equipped. At the hotel’s own Bar or Cafeteria, smoking is allowed indoors, there’s no bad smell, and the place is cleaned and ventilated so smokers aren’t sent outside or treated like a contagion. It’s a few meters from the Zoo and the Lake, and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

“A delightful escape into timeless charm”

The location was excellent, the cleanliness spotless, the staff exceptionally kind and helpful, the décor stylish, and parking convenient. Some construction work was happening in the neighbourhood, though that was beyond the hotel’s control.

Breakfast was very good and tasty, and the room was spacious with a park view. Even though the description said the spa area was free, that wasn’t the case; only the pool was free, and its water was cold. The other facilities—sauna, jacuzzi—are paid (1.5 h) and require prior booking.
