The location and the staff's treatment were great. Nothing else. Everything was flawless.

The service is excellent, the breakfast too, the staff's attention is impeccable, honestly we have no complaints; whenever we’ve gone we’ve had a great time. The staff is very good, always attentive. The only detail is that we were assigned a room on the side of the shops and the music is too loud; they’re open all day until late at night, it’s fine to play music, but you’re supposed to rest. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, on the contrary it’s a problem with the businesses across the street. But perhaps they could reach an agreement with the merchants.
