I loved the location, right in the heart of the city. The staff were lovely, and the hotel had a nice, cosy gym, although I didn't get the chance to use it. I wasn't a fan of the carpet in the elevator, and I tried calling room service during the night, but unfortunately, no one answered

The room was clean and well-equipped. The reception is poorly positioned, with no direct contact with the staff.

Nothing good. No parking space and very poor customer service!

The staff were kind and attentive, housekeeping was good and not intrusive, security was solid. The local cuisine was disappointing.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to supermarkets, offices, and a range of amenities. Parking was very limited, with fewer than 30–40 spots for a 130‑bed hotel, which is not enough.
