“2 night stay at Vincent”

The room was very spacious, clean, and offered a nice view overlooking Lord Street; breakfast was very good with plenty of choices, but it was a bit noisy at night and early morning, parking around the centre is not good and expensive.

The food was fine, but a traffic warden tried to ticket us even though we had valet parking. The room wasn’t clean, the mattress was old and tired—just not a 4‑star standard.

Everything about the staff, the location, and the spa was spot on, and honestly nothing could have been better.

“Would certainly have lunch or dinner at the Vincent but unlikely to stay at this hotel again.”

The breakfast was solid, and the eggs came out cooked when I asked for them; there was plenty of tea and coffee. Dinner at the hotel was also very good. I couldn't find a lounge, or maybe I just missed it. The bar offered a good mix of drinks and cocktails, and its main attraction was a huge television—whether you liked it or not! The furnishings were worn, the banquet chairs were uncomfortable and in bad shape, and the whole place felt dark and seedy. The bedroom was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and a decor that was too black for my taste. The sliding panels that covered the windows were fine, but in this particular room the silhouettes of two looming ballet dancers were a bit unnerving to wake up to.

I was greeted by a man called John at the door he was amazing what a polite gentleman and went above and beyond for me. Everything was amazing
