Pool views greet the Superior Room Top Floor, which includes air‑conditioning and a coffee machine. The private bathroom features a shower and a hairdryer. One extra‑large double bed accommodates two guests. A wardrobe and a safe deposit box provide storage.
“Bien mais pas exceptionnel.”
The hotel sits in the main hotel area, the view from our room was great, the Nespresso machine in the room was handy, and the private parking next to it had a very kind valet; however, the reception was dreadful, there was no storage space in the room, breakfast was decent but overly complicated with many extras, and I can’t understand why an espresso at breakfast costs extra in a hotel of this class.
The large room was beautiful and breakfast was excellent, but the listing said there was a laundromat when there wasn’t, though we found one easily in town; on Saturday night we heard club music until 23:00, which was very annoying, while other nights it was only daytime, making it hard to nap if you want a quiet stay; we were also surprised the hotel asked us to tip for breakfast even though it was included—our bill read 900 pesos with a 174‑peso tip marked “not included,” which is odd coming from Canada where tipping is normal.

The staff were lovely during our honeymoon, the room was close to the sea and the pool and the yoga class was great, plus the bike rental was very nice; however, the mattress was far too hard and the à‑la‑carte dinner didn’t live up to its price.
