It’s a nice spot, but the breakfast was minimal and the place could use more love.

The staff were friendly and the value was good, but the breakfast was very basic, and when I booked half a year earlier an email said the elevator was broken—by the time we arrived it was still out of order, so the place had a bit of wear but was still fine.

The staff were very rude and wouldn’t accept NEO credit even after they said they could, the woman told us to find another card, and honestly the hotel looked like it hadn’t been updated in 30 years, so we left and found another place at 2 am.

The property and amenities were average, the room was nice but felt like it belonged in a retirement home, the price was good for the area, the free breakfast was decent, the staff were friendly, but the room looked ugly and the elevator was broken.
