The hotel sits right in front of the station, so you can leave your bags and head out immediately. Because it’s close to the bustling downtown, you can hear a bit of chatter even at night.

The location is super convenient, and they let you drop off your luggage before check‑in and pick it up after check‑out for the day. The double bed was a bit small and not very comfy, and the room barely had enough space for two people to move around. It was clean but a bit worn‑out, showing yellowing with age. We struggled to find the entrance, and the front‑desk staff weren’t very friendly or helpful.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful! The location is excellent, right opposite Matsumoto Station, with a 7-Eleven just a minute’s walk away and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was a bit dated but perfectly fine for a short stay of 1–2 nights, especially if you just need somewhere to sleep. The great location and lovely staff definitely make up for the room. Overall, considering the price we paid, it was a decent stay and good value for money, especially because of the convenient location!. The only downside was that we couldn’t turn on the heating before midnight, as the controls by the bed were set to air conditioning only until then, which was a bit inconvenient

Good location, helpful staff. Booked smoking room by mistake. The rooms stink. Be sure to confirm your smoking preference before you book
