We were received warmly and helped with local tips, and the host’s communication was flawless. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and everything was very clean. The vibe in the property felt like home, with a beautiful shared kitchen that’s well equipped. Water was always available, as were the common areas. The location is gorgeous, right in downtown Puebla opposite a small park. I think the value for money is excellent, and if I ever go back to Puebla, I’ll definitely stay at The Dear again.

The room was beautifully decorated, with thoughtful details that made the space feel special. The location was excellent, right in the town center, with everything within walking distance. The shared common area on the ground floor was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils, and cooking tools. The host also spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy and smooth. During my four-night stay, there was no hot water on two of the nights, and I ended up having to take cold showers both times. The host said they had checked the issue and explained that the hot water was provided by a solar heating system, but unfortunately, the problem persisted during my stay
