The staff were friendly and the facilities and food were unbelievable; Islam and Ahmed Mostafa at reception were fantastic and extremely friendly.

The cleaning service was good and the staff were very friendly, especially Uncle Mussa, who was sweet and helpful. The pools were clean and good.
