The place works well for a few days, with plenty of restaurants and cafés around and a 10‑minute walk to Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, plus the host gave us local tips; everything was clean and comfy and I liked that the building had an elevator. The only downside was that the sole shower room was on the third floor, so it would have been nicer if each floor had its own.

I booked the wrong day by accident, but the hosts added an extra spot so I didn’t have to crash on the couch; however, they will move your stuff if it’s in the way.

The place feels real cozy and the staff are wonderful; the facilities are very clean and the common areas are great for hanging out, giving an overall calm vibe and good value. The private room comes with a huge balcony, which is nice, but the space feels a bit empty because there’s no seating furniture, and it would help to have more hangers and shelves in the room or bathroom.
