The hotel was impeccably clean and well presented, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, which my husband especially appreciated; I definitely look forward to staying again. However, I was disturbed by significant traffic noise all night because my room faced the main road, and the bathroom door was somewhat difficult to open.

The breakfast and service were excellent, but the shower temperature kept fluctuating.

We’ve stayed at the Mews more than once and keep returning because it’s such a gem. It’s within easy walking distance of Ossett, but you don’t need to go out since everything you need is here. The staff are welcoming, the food and drink are great, the rooms are lovely and well decorated, and it’s dog‑friendly, which is handy when our Dachshund wants to join us.
