I loved the apartment and the river that runs through the hotel; it was a peaceful spot surrounded by nature and the staff were polite, but the check‑in time was a problem – the app said 11 hrs while the hotel actually started at 1 hr, and the owner never answered my messages or cleared up my questions.

The spot is great, the Rio Quente is easy to reach, the air‑conditioning is brand new, the fridge is fresh, and the shower works well.

The place was spotless, the host was super attentive. The fridge was big, all the kitchen stuff was good, even the sheets, pillows, and extra beds were there – even an iron and board! The river was amazing, nature gorgeous. The building was tidy, staff friendly. I’d come back, but the only downside was no internet.
