I got paid twice through booking: the first payment was cancelled, the second wasn’t confirmed, and I never got my money back. I’m upset about how this was handled; after the last incident I was told booking would refund me, but nothing arrived. I ended up paying cash at the hotel the third time because they claimed they hadn’t received the booking payment. I need help resolving this.
