The receptionist’s friendliness at the front desk and during breakfast, always smiling even with a heavy workload, made the stay pleasant; the room was comfortable and the area was very quiet. We rode a motorcycle and the hotel’s private parking was ideal for those traveling by car. Nothing disappointed us.

Hotel sin duda para repetir. Magnifica instalaciones y si lo que buscas es desconectar este es tu sitio. Piscina climatizada, se pueden hacer barbacoas, las instalaciones son mágicas

“Hôtel à fuir.”

The pool was the only bright spot, but we were dissatisfied with the services and maintenance: the hotel is worn out and poorly kept. The reception felt more like a dump than a proper hotel. The shower head was replaced with a rusty one, the toilets constantly leaked, and the breakfast didn’t justify the price—milk was spoiled, pastries were supermarket‑grade, and a trash bin for breakfast waste was left open in the same room. The two trash cans in the room weren’t emptied daily, and bath towels weren’t changed as promised. The hotel was very damp. The owner’s response to my complaints was merely that such issues happen in 5‑star hotels and that the milk could have gone bad; her behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional.

The place was very pretty and peaceful, but getting there was a challenge, especially on a day with heavy fog and rain.
