Check‑in was simple and remote. The train station is 10 minutes away, and the Concordia port is a 15‑20 minute walk. Though we didn’t book breakfast, the owner left muffins, small pastries, and drinks—coffee and tea—on the front‑room table for guests. Cutlery, plates, a kettle, microwave, and coffee maker were also available. The room had a fridge, coffee maker, and bottled water. A small wardrobe was missing for packing, but overall we were satisfied with everything.

A decent, affordable spot about a 10‑minute walk from the train station. The AC barely worked and the room stayed too hot; we were told a technician would check it but nothing happened. The balcony looked out onto a busy road, so traffic noise made fresh air feel intrusive. Soundproofing was poor; we could hear other guests’ conversations, laughter, and coffee brewing from 6 a.m. outside our door. A pump made brief but noticeable noises in the evening. Convenient and cheap, but the heat and noise made the stay much less comfortable than expected.

“Great host. Very noisy stay. Couldn't sleep.”

The owner was very welcoming and friendly, even though she doesn’t speak English; she communicated quickly over WhatsApp. The balcony offered a great view, and juice and water bottles were provided for all guests. The apartment had 4‑5 rooms with private WC bathrooms. However, a machine in the neighboring mechanical room made loud noises at night, preventing us from sleeping. The noise was intense, and the next‑morning guests also mentioned the disturbance.
