The location is good, the room is a good size, and everyone working at the hotel provided excellent service. The free shuttle to the BTS station is especially convenient. The breakfast spread and quality could be better, and there is no place for all‑day casual dining.

The beds and pillows are comfortable. There were problems with the internet, and the TVs are very old.
