The room was clean, the personnel were very courteous, the range of activities was rich, and the breakfast was very plentiful, yet the TV in the room didn’t work, the front desk guy tried to help but didn’t know what to do, and in the morning I found the phones hadn’t charged overnight because the outlets had no power; after telling the staff, a technician came and discovered a tripped fuse (the breaker box was closed and I couldn’t check it myself).

The apartment, meals, location, service, and pools were all excellent, but there were too few water dispensers.
