The people cleaning the rooms were super nice and helpful. The small fridge fell forward when I tried to open it and I broke 3 fingernails. Found out it didn't sit level because it was missing one of the feet on the bottom. The bed was too firm and I hated having to step into the bathtub. Walk in shower would be much better

Breakfast was adequate, nothing spectacular. The whole experience was just ok. Our room smelled moldy and musty. It served the purpose - it had a bed, a shower and a toilet. Nothing was anything impressive. We took the DND sign off our door by 11:00am but they still missed our room for housekeeping but I was able to get more towels at the front desk. The best part of the hotel is the location-was super close to Coastal Carolina which is what we needed

Size of the room and comfort of the bed. Walls are thin, you could hear people on the next room

Quiet and convenient to area needed. No housekeeping in four days; had to go to desk to get clean towels
