The spot is spot on, right across from the train station. The suite we booked was clean and exactly what we wanted, though the shower water was a bit small. We could leave our luggage there. Checking in was a nightmare; we and other foreign guests spent over an hour with no success, even though it was check‑in time and there were no staff present, and they never explained the process beforehand, wasting time and ruining our mood.

It was close to the station and bus routes and right across the street from a great restaurant, but the room was smaller than I had expected, though it was still adequate.

The central location and proximity to the metro were great, and we were able to store our luggage at the reception; however, the room and bathroom could have been cleaner and some small repairs were needed.

The location is great. The design and overall feel are very basic, and it’s pricey compared to the rest of Italy—maybe that’s just how it is in Rome.

The place was dated, as is typical in Europe, yet it was very clean and well located; Daniel who greeted us was very helpful and extremely nice, the room was quiet which we appreciated, though it would have been better to have someone in the facilities in person after mid‑afternoon.
