Rome Life Hotel

The location is great, close to the monumental Rome and surrounded by many venues; the room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and smiling. The furnishings were bland and could be anywhere; there was no on‑site dining service.

The staff were very nice and helpful, but it was a pity there was no hotel restaurant. The late room service was not compatible with our schedule.

“Appalling service, aggressive staff, terrible hotel — avoid at all costs!”

I had a terrible stay: the reception staff were rude and aggressive, fixated on payments, taxes, and checkout times instead of greeting us. Mid‑night, the hotel deactivated our key cards and cut electricity to our room while we were traveling with three young children. The rooms were noisy, poorly sound‑proofed, with awful décor, and the breakfast was disappointing—an appalling hotel with no sense of hospitality at all. Avoid it.
