The room was spacious and the location near Ueno Station made access convenient. The water was just lukewarm, the hot water reservoir was a bit too cool, and the bed was on the firmer side, which caused back pain.

The location was great, and the staff were very friendly. I found the room very warm even with the air‑conditioning on.
