The location is beautiful, the pool is stunning, and the staff are very friendly. The bathroom in the room needed occasional inspection— the shower head had to be descaled and the toilet sometimes leaked.

The staff are friendly. The comfort room has no window, so it gets hot at night; you can open a door to let in air, but that also lets mosquitoes in.

The location is superb relative to attractions. It’s a fantastic small family‑run place where you feel a unique commitment to guests’ well‑being. They help with booking tours and transport. Highly recommended.

The rooms and the exterior were clean and tidy. The garden and pool area were truly pleasant with a nice view of Vesuvius and Naples. The whole family provided excellent and very friendly service. I also took advantage of the paid shuttle to and from the train station and the airport—very convenient 😁
