Got woken up at 7am by the fire alarm. Apparently there was a malfunction. That is ok and these things can happen! But the staff didn’t mention a thing. Not a single “was everything ok?” Or “we apologise for the inconvenience” at checkout. No complimentary drink/snack/anything to make up for the fact that we had to stand in the cold and dark in our sleeping clothes

Close to the airport. Extremely dirty. I wiped the toilet seat with toilet paper and some water and it was black

The property was absolutely great — clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, making it a really comfortable place to stay. The staff were absolutely fantastic, always friendly, welcoming, and more than happy to help with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we really appreciated the level of service and care they provided throughout our stay. The bar was another highlight, with a super chill, cosy atmosphere that made it the perfect spot to unwind, relax, and enjoy a drink. Overall, the whole experience was brilliant, and we couldn’t fault the hospitality. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return again!. What’s there not to like!
