We kept coming back because we had such a wonderful time here; the guesthouse is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very cozy. In the evenings it’s heated and the hot water is always reliable. The bed is so comfortable that I rarely sleep so well. Mimi, the host, does her best to keep guests happy, and when I fell ill she cared for me in a touching way. Since I don’t speak Spanish, we all overcame language barriers with translation apps. Breakfast was generous and we really liked it. The location is quite high up on the mountain, but each climb helps with acclimatization. We enjoyed how quiet it was there. A small tip: a few meters from the guesthouse is a fantastic restaurant called Qampaq. Nothing! For us it was the perfect accommodation!

The property sits in a great spot in a lovely part of Cusco, the room is spacious and clean. The owners were lovely and super helpful. We asked for breakfast one morning and it was all arranged for us at the time we wanted. Nothing, though I’d suggest bringing an eye mask because our room had a ceiling window with no blinds, and ear plugs since the whole city can be a bit noisy.

The warmth of the host Mimi is very valuable. We felt comfortable all around. We were able to store our luggage with her for 7 days, safely and without problems. On the evening of our departure we took a night bus and could stay comfortably in her lounge and get a great ginger tea. The rooms are simple but completely sufficient. We had a great view over the city. The bathroom is a bit older, but the shower is warm and full of water, which isn’t a given in Peru. The accommodation is near the center, but you have to note that it’s a pretty steep climb up the mountain, which didn’t bother us. We didn’t have breakfast because the selection in Cusco is so wide that we tried it out there. In total we stayed 4 nights and we would always recommend this place.

The place feels very cozy; Mrs. Mimi is incredibly attentive and friendly. The décor is lovely, and the setting is quiet and comfortable. I would recommend it. Everything was great.
