The common areas were spacious, the hair dryer was powerful, the beverage brands were good, and the staff were pleasant. However, there was little information at check‑in about schedules, “tokens” were needed for drinks, many mosquitoes swarmed the marsh area, and the daily cleaning could be better.

The room was very spacious, well‑furnished, with quality bedding and a large bathroom; the terrace offered an unbeatable view. The staff were welcoming and always attentive. The nighttime entertainment music kept playing until almost midnight with loud decibels, even from the third floor; on the terrace of our room and inside with the door closed, the sound was still very loud, disrupting reading or TV. The music should stop no later than 23:00 out of respect for others.
