They had a sign saying smoking was prohibited, yet there was a ashtray in my room and a strong tobacco smell. I could hear the TV of the neighbor, the shouting, the talking—every noise was audible. It felt like I had rented a room just to live alone or something.

Location, price, cleanliness, and service were all fine. The cigarette smell was a downside.

When I arrived they told me all rooms were occupied even though I had a confirmed reservation. Thanks to Booking I was able to stay elsewhere.
