“Me encanta, vuelvo siempre”

It’s my third time. I went here with a friend, traveled alone (super safe as a woman traveling solo) and then brought my group. The price is very affordable for how central it is. Very close to top yoga studios, restaurants, pharmacy and good cafés. It’s a 25‑minute walk to the shopping centre, but only 15 minutes from the Lord Shiva statue… The owner is VERY KIND; when I was alone he cared for me like he was my father. At 22:30 the front door closes, you have to arrive BEFORE! If not, he calls… haha. He helps with everything: taxi, getting to or back from the airport, currency exchange, getting a SIM card… he pays attention to details when you leave and always changes the flowers (there are a thousand photos). They’re very attentive. In India, as the name says, I feel at home. A: The cleaning could be better, especially in the bathroom. And in the kitchen – which I didn’t use – the ceiling has a lot of mold.

The room was clean and cozy, with a fan and air conditioning, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Water was supplied in 20‑liter dispensers on request, which is much better for the environment than recycled bottles. The host responded immediately and personally to every request. There was a very family‑like vibe between guests and staff. The location in Rishikesh was quite quiet and everything was fine. Thanks a lot, Rajiv!

The owner was very friendly and personally took us to the main Ashram in Rishikesh for morning yoga with excellent, well‑known instructors. Great value for money and location.

Everything was perfect—the room, the location, and the staff who were always helpful; it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed at and I highly recommend it.
