We have stayed here for the last 4 years while going to WOW and would not stay anywhere else. Such great staff, very helpful. And the room. Is amazing

Style of building and the warmth of the staff. The team were very welcoming. The bed was very soft and pillows definitely needed replacing

spacious suite (upgraded), large bathroom, traditional approach. couldnt make the TV work, lockbox was tricky as there were two places to align the numbers and one of them didnt work - meant a but of fiddling around

Great location, comfortable room and I really loved the classic heritage feel of the hotel. Nothing major. Everything was fine during our stay
