The location of the property is attractive. The room is in the basement, but it is fairly well lit. The price‑to‑quality ratio is very good. A large room with a separate bathroom is a plus. The sofa was definitely moldy, dirty, and broken—definitely needs replacement. Warning for people traveling as friends rather than a couple.

The hosts are friendly and chatty. The room is tidy. There is a stove and essential utensils. The kitchenette was not usable.

The staff were friendly and the place was perfectly located near the centre, but the plumbing rattles loudly every time the toilet is flushed or the sink/shower is used, scaring my seven‑year‑old.

The location was ideal, the room was spotless, and the staff were nice, but the only issue was a very loud pumping noise from the basement bathroom whenever water ran—whether using the toilet, shower or sink—and it was only annoying at night.
