Located in Naples' historic center, Hotel Nettuno is situated on a renowned street surrounded by ancient archaeological sites. This 1960s-era hotel has undergone several restorations to provide modern comforts, inspired by the 1599 Michelangelo Naccherino statue of Neptune. The rooftop garden offers panoramic views of the Sacred Domes, including Santa Maria La Nova and Santa Chiara, as well as Vesuvio's peak and nearby Somma Mountain.

The cleaning and the staff’s friendliness were good. The location is fine. The bathroom directly in the room is an unusual setup but still acceptable.

Ideal location for the historic center. Reception 24/7, quiet and very clean. Elevator. Reception staff were very helpful. Nothing to report.

The staff were super friendly and very nice! The room was ready for check‑in at 10:00 a.m., which isn’t something you see everywhere! The hotel is very clean and well maintained. We felt comfortable. The mattress was very soft but OK.

The room was comfortable and clean, the bed was cozy, the location was ideal and quiet, and the staff were friendly. We had mistakenly not booked breakfast, thinking it was included; it costs 10€, and I have to say that for what we saw available it feels a bit excessive.
